Privacy Policy

1. Scope

The NAZ Central Testing Laboratory-NCTL is an internal application intended for use only by authorized employees and personnel of NAZ Bangladesh Ltd. and its affiliated companies. Access is controlled and granted on a role-by-role basis by system administrators.

2. Information We Process

We process the following categories of information:

• Account information – name, employee email address, department, and assigned system roles.
• Work records – laboratory test requests, results, buyer/order information, and related quality records entered by authorized users.
• Usage and audit data – system access logs and audit trails maintained for security and accountability.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used solely for internal laboratory management, reporting, quality assurance, and operational purposes within NZ Group. We do not sell, rent, or share information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Storage and Backup

Data is stored on NZ Group controlled servers and is backed up automatically, including through Google Drive, for business continuity and disaster-recovery purposes. Backups are retained in accordance with company data-retention policies.

5. Data Security

Access to the System is restricted to authorized personnel through individual accounts with role-based permissions. Audit trails record significant actions for accountability. All users are expected to follow NZ Group's information-security policies.

6. Data Retention

Records are retained as long as needed for business, legal, and compliance purposes, after which they are deleted in line with company policy. Contact your system administrator for access, correction, or removal requests related to your own account information.
